Dear Member,
Welcome to the 2012 pool season! After careful
consideration, we’ve determined it necessary to raise the annual
membership dues for the 2012 swim season to $505.00. It has been
four years since the last increase and the $10 upcharge represents the
increased cost of doing business. Similar to previous years, we will
offer a discount for early payment which is
$485 if payment is postmarked
by 3/15/12 The
final due date is May 1, 2012. Dues received and postmarked after
May 1, 2012 will be considered late. A $25.00 late fee will be
added for a total payment of $530.00. If your payment is not post
marked by May 1, 2012 we reserve the right to cancel your
membership and/or Chartered Member Bond. For your convenience, we accept
Visa or MasterCard payments via our web site. Please visit
nhswimclub.com to use this option. Do not provide your credit
card information on the membership form. If you are not intending to
renew your membership, please email Michele Amrhein at
nhscmembership@verizon.net , or send notification to the above
address. Any member wishing to maintain their membership but withdraw
for the 2012 season only, must either submit a request in writing, or
send email notification by May 1st, 2012 and pay a $100.00 hold fee
to retain membership rights for the current season. Please complete
the Membership Form and return it along with your payment. This form is
necessary to have on file for all members. As you may already
know, photo identification is required for all members. Family photos
need to be updated every two years. If your photo was not taken last
summer, please send one along with your payment, or email it to
nhscmembership@verizon.net. They do not need to be individual photos.
One family photo is sufficient. In order to minimize costs, we have
elected to post our annual newsletter on our web site. Please visit
nhswimclub.com for more information about NHSC.
Opening day is Saturday, May 26, 2012 and runs
through Labor Day, Monday,
September 3, 2012.

Additional Seasonal Fees:
N/C for
grandparents who are visiting with their family and will NOT be
swimming.
N/C for
grandparents living in the same household as the member. Please list
live-in grand parents under the dependent section of your membership
form.

Baby sitter fee: (Sitter age 14 or older brings children of pool member
Monday through Friday only). Photo ID is required for baby sitters. Live
in nanny’s are subject to the baby sitter fee.

NON-MEMBER CHILD AGE 3 AND UNDER:* (Child being baby-sat by pool member
Monday thru Friday ONLY)

NON-MEMBER CHILD AGE 4-12* (Child being baby-sat by pool member Monday

hold fee - allows a membership to be put on “hold” for the current
season. Neither the pool nor its facilities can be used while a
membership is on hold; however, members will not be subject to the new
member initiation fee if you should decide to renew your membership.
This fee must be paid each year a membership is put on hold.

based according to age as of opening day.

Please read guest rules:
1. Any
individual non-family guest will be admitted only five (5) times per
season.
2. The
sponsoring member is responsible for the conduct of their guests, shall
advise guests of pool regulations, and shall accompany their guests.
Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Guest fees are published in the office.
Guests who are 2 years of age or younger will be admitted free of
charge
A single guest privilege will
admit either a single guest or a single family at one time (i.e. only
one guest privilege is used for a family guest). Each member family
receives 20 guest privileges. Senior-citizen (age 60+) family relatives,
such as grandparents, who are visiting with their family and who will
not be swimming, will be admitted as a courtesy without guest fee or
guest limitation.
