2011 New Membership Information
Dear Prospective New Member:
Thank you for your interest in the North Harford Swim Club. We are a family
oriented swim club located in beautiful Jarrettsville, MD.
We offer both a main pool and a separate, fenced in toddler pool (both renovated
in 2008). We offer swim lessons, a swim team, horseshoe pit, children’s
playground, concessions area, as well as basketball and volleyball courts for
your enjoyment. In addition, we have two covered pavilions with picnic tables
(which can be reserved for parties), grills, numerous umbrella tables and
chairs, as well as family activities throughout the season.
To apply for new membership to our club, please complete our 2011 Membership
Form and submit it with the annual dues AND initiation fee to: NHSC, P.O. Box
204, Jarrettsville, MD. 21084. Please make checks payable to North Harford Swim
Club.
For your convenience, we can also accept credit card payments on our web site.
The 2011 fee structure is as follows:
Annual Dues: $505.00
Plus:
Initiation Fee:
$ 400.00 one time non-refundable contribution toward capital improvements of the
club
$905.00 Total
Each year thereafter, you will be charged only the annual dues as approved by
the Board of Directors.
We will require photo identification for each family. You can send a family
photo along with your payment, or email one to the membership link at
nhswimclub.com. We do not need individual photos. One family photo is fine;
however, please make sure you identify each family member. Should you have any
questions, please call or email us.
Our club opens on Saturday, May 28th, 2011, and runs thru Labor Day
Monday, September 5th, 2011. Please check our web site for pool hours.
We look forward to meeting you and your family personally and hope to see you as
part of the North Harford Swim Club family for many seasons to come.

Additional Seasonal Fees :
N/C for grandparents who are visiting with their family and will NOT be
swimming.
N/C for grandparents living in the same household as the member.
$ 100.00 Baby sitter fee:
(Sitter age 14 or older brings children of pool member Monday through
Friday only). Photo ID is REQUIRED for baby sitters. Live in nanny’s
are subject to the baby sitter fee.

rules:
1. Any individual
non-family guest will be admitted only five (5) times per season.
2. The sponsoring member is responsible for the conduct of their guests,
shall advise guests of pool regulations, and shall accompany their
guests. Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a
responsible adult. Guest fees are published in the office. A single guest privilege will admit either
a single guest or a single family at one time (i.e. only one guest
privilege is used for a family guest).
Guests who are 2 years of age or younger will be admitted free of
charge.
Each member family receives 20
guest privileges. Senior-citizen (age 60+) family relatives, such as
grandparents, who are visiting with their family and who will not be
swimming, will be admitted as a courtesy without guest fee or guest
limitation.
Assessment Fee:
An assessment fee could be deemed necessary for repairs and renovations
to the club. These fees are in addition to annual dues.
